Fieldbay are delighted to share with you the exciting news that Yr Ysgol has become the first nursing home in Wales to be Quality Assured by the Huntington’s Disease Association. The accreditation was awarded following a rigorous audit process that was developed by the association and piloted at Yr Ysgol Nursing home. The audit sets a bench mark by which providers can be measured and will be used throughout the UK.
Paula Lewis, Director and Responsible Individual for the Fieldbay group praised staff at Yr Ysgol, saying, “I am delighted with this accolade. It is the culmination of many years of commitment to provide the very best in care for individuals who have Huntington’s Disease and to their families”.
Fieldbay is seeking accreditation for all other homes within the group.
