Gender Pay Gap Statement 2019

Fieldbay operates a number of care homes across South West Wales via seven subsidiary companies.

Under the Equalities Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 all businesses with more than 250 employees are required to publish their gender pay gap figures.

The mean gender pay gap calculation is 2.4%.

The median gender pay gap calculation is 0.0%.

The proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment is 100%.   

The proportion of males and females in each quartile pay band is:

As is common in healthcare provision employees are generally female as opposed to male.  The pay scales offered to employees are consistent and there is no variation in pay rates by gender.  The gender ratio for the Group is consistent across all quartile pay bands.
