Housekeeping Manager – Multi Site (Covering Bridgend, Maesteg, Blackwood and Cardiff )

£12 per hour + Mileage expenses
We have an exciting vacancy for a Housekeeping Manager to join our first class Care Service, Fieldbay in South Wales.
As the Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the cleanliness and décor of all the buildings within the group as well as new builds. You will also act as the technical expert across the group for the purposes of assessing all housekeeping and laundry related issues and will demonstrate excellent communication and networking skills in order to collaborate with, listen and consult with your stakeholders both internally and externally and to fundamentally deliver on all objectives.
As the role will be peripatetic, the ability to travel to all of our services and the use of a vehicle is essential.

Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience of all aspects of housekeeping operations
Knowledge of laundry operations

With registration for Service Users from 18+, the company is expanding year on year to offer Services to people throughout South Wales, from Carmarthen to Cardiff and beyond – we’re at an exciting stage of our journey.
